PLAY LAX FOR FREE!
The NFYLA will be conducting a fund raiser to raise money for our organization to support our continued growth in the community, player scholarships, clinics and other operational costs associated with building and maintaining a first class lacrosse association.
As a not-for-profit organization our funding comes from our sponsors, a small amount of the player fees, donations and through our fund raising efforts.
This year we will conduct a fund raiser that we will ask each player to participate in (unless you choose the $50 Fund Raising Opt Out option during the registration process).
Although we have not deciede on all the details we will be asking players to sell raffle tickets for an item that is in high demand (last year it was a High Def Flat Screen TV with Play Station 3)....this year we are looking at other options that we believe people will be excited about buying a ticket for. (If you have ideas or suggestions let us know)
Now here is the FREE Part.....if you go above your fund raising quota...meaning you sell more tickets that you are required to....everything you earn will be applied to your registration fee......so if you put the effort into the fund raiser you could be playing for FREE!
Does that sound like a fair trade?
If you support us we will support you! A little Hard Work = Play For Free!
For more information about our fund raiser stay tuned to the website or contact us with your questions!
