One way to go and that is up!
The U-11 Black Raiders have been facing some tough, well organized and well coached opponents who have experience on their side. Not to be out done and in keeping with the "can't stop, won't stop" attitude the Black Raiders have continued to give it their best right up until the last second of the game and are showing the results of their efforts by getting better every day! The focus is not on the scoreboard it's on the individual and team improving and the coaches and parents are very proud of their efforts! Keep on keeping on and Go Raiders!
U11 Black Raiders fall to the White Raiders in a Beauty vs Beast Rematch!
Exciting Start to the 2012 Season!
The U11 Black Raiders fall to the White Raiders in a rematch of their last meeting at the Beauty and the Beast Game. In their first meeting the Black Raiders came out on top winning by one point and in a reverse of fortunes today, the White comes out on top in their second meeting giving the Black Raiders their first loss of the season.
Sprits were high and there were many positive things to take away from the game for both teams. Lots of hustle, lots of hard work and some really good goalie play by our first year first time Goalie Caleb Lewis!
The Black Raiders struggled to match the size and experience of the U11 White Raiders in the first half but after making some adjustments at half time the Black Raiders came out swinging scoring two goals, one by Jason Kingsley and one by Jack Haley. The Defense also stepped up their game holding the White Raiders scoreless in the second half!
Coaches and parents were very proud of the team and are excited about the future!

U11 Raiders---The Next Step In Raider Lacrosse
Our Under 11 Year Old Program is designed as the "next step" in the growth of young lacrosse players and it's a good place for first time players as well.
Players will continue to learn more about the sport, being a part of a team, sportsmanship and above all HAVE FUN!
U11 teams compete with other U11 teams from around the North Metro Atlanta area. Most games will be played with in a 45 min drive of our home field.
-Boys and Girls play together following the Boys U11 Rules
-U11 Players use standard Men's Short Sticks
-This year (2012) U11 Long Poles WILL be allowed!
-Goalie gear including a Goalie stick is provided.
-The focus of this group is to learn how to play the game and honor the traditions of the sport.
-The U11 Game is played on a full field
-Both Boys And Girls must wear the proper safety gear. (Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Arm/ Elbow Pads, Gloves. Mouth Piece, and Boys must wear a protective cup.)
